Whyte Rough Ride

Kington, Herefordshire

Sunday 17th August 2014

The most laidback moorland romp of a mountain bike ride in the UK, stunning views, enthusiastic and capable organisation, great campsite, free post ride meal, a tiny town chock full of real ale pubs, hunkered down under the eastern edge of Hergest Ridge. Loads of tracks opened for this one event due to a really nice bunch of landowners. We don't mind what speed you go, you're here to enjoy yourselves.

The full route is approximately 68km with over 1800 metres of climbing. Shorter options are available.

Mass start 10am on Hergest Ridge, Kington.
